As we slide into the darkest point of the year (Friday, December 21st) and as the holiday seasons almost begs coziness and hibernation of us, you, like so many of us, may be spending more time in front of Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime or some other streaming service, watching Christmas movies, your favorite TV series, and all the juicy new releases.

If this is true for you, I don’t necessarily think this is a bad thing.

On the contrary, I want to share with you an older post of mine that explored why and how your love of Netflix (or any other streaming service) could actually be therapeutic and good for your mental health.

So, to read this latest letter from the archives while on maternity leave, join me on the blog over here.

Warmly, Annie
