Coaching isn’t therapy and will focus on where you want to go moving forward, not on healing what’s behind you. My work as a coach is the result of my training at Coaches Training Institute (the largest and oldest coaches training school in the world) and not informed by my graduate studies as a psychotherapist. Two personalized emails where I spend 30 minutes per email coming up with specific, targeted advice, recommendations, and action steps for your particular challenge or question. $150.
One Time Phone Session.
A single, in-depth hour-long phone call to deeply explore and strategize around a single challenge or issues area in your life. $150.
Three months of coaching.
For three months, you and I enter a deep and impactful coaching relationship conducted over Skype or by phone, four times a month weekly for 50-minutes at a time, with a bonus of package #1 which includes two targeted, problem-solving emails outside of our calls across the three month period we work together. $1600.
Six months of coaching.
For six months, you and I will explore and strategize around every area of your life and radically accelerate your progress towards achieving the life you envision for yourself. Conducted over Skype or by phone, four times a month, weekly for 50-minutes at a time, with a bonus of two package #1’s which means four targeted, problem-solving emails outside of our calls across the six month period we work together. $3400.
